The problem is that we talked about several proposal to improve the
current process:

- Translate continuously
- Two round translation before the release
- "Translation Fix" after the release

and you rejected all of them.

Once again, with a Tryton instance dedicated to translation we solve
most of the problems, this allows:

- To work regularly on translation but without pushing changesets that
  disrupt your work.
- To allow to share the result of translation with others and discuss
  about it.
- To streamline the po file generation.
