[tryton] CiviCRM alternative based on Tryton?

Hello, 

I was curious about any free software CiviCRM solutions (catered towards 
nonprofits) built on Tryton, or if there was anything in the works / being 
planned. 

On a side note, has Tryton considered upgrading from GPLv3 to AGPLv3?
