Yes, this is a problem with the mini-iso. In addition, if you select
only the "Everything" group it doesn't matter if you select "check for
latest security updates" or not, "Everything" still means "Everything
on the cd".

I'm looking into how to fix this the best way. I'll have it figured in a
few days I guess.

It only downloads packages over the network if the package is a newer
version than the one on the CD. It treats the CD as the nearest
'mirror'. But still, if you can suggest a better name, I'll consider
using it. :)
