Well, to get useful ISDN support for TSL, the kernel would need to get
the old Isdn4Linux/HiSax stuff included. However, I've read that it
doesn't really run smooth and has several issues. In this case a
isdn4-utils package would make sense, else not. Alternatively mISDN
could be included in the kernel, and capi4k-utils made available for
TSL 3.0.
