You are totally missing the point.
* "Works" is not the same as "supported".
When you have limited resources or SLA's you need supported
software.
* Oracle can be as crappy as it wants, does not change the fact that
it's required for a lot of our software. Same situation applies
at most shops.
Xen looks nice, but useless for me.
(and Linux doesn't have the same need for VM as Windows does...)
