actually it's Logical Block Addressing, but close enough.

I'd recommend either parted (you can download a disk image to put on a
floppy to boot off). It's not graphical, but it is 100% free (in both
senses). If you have/can get Partition Magic, it's a commercial program
that does most of the stuff parted does. It's nice and graphical.
