I´ll appreciate if you can help me with the following problem:
So USB ports were bad in my Dell Dimension 9150, i replaced the MB. After this
I run diagnostics and all was fine (usb port, keyboard, MB, etc). Also, I can
enter to Bios via F2 and used mouse and keyboard without problem.
My problem is when Windows XP is already loaded, both mouse and keyboard
doesn´t work, in random way mouse work but keyboard never work. If I enter in
F8 mode the problem persist. I think that mouse and keyboard are fine (after
diagnostics ok and use under Bios) also think that the problem is in Windows
XP. How can check what could be the problem and how can fix it? Maybe soe
service is stopped?
All help will be appreciate.
