Aarrghhh! For the second time, I wrote a carefully worded
comment to go along with the commit, and it was ignored by
cvs! On Win2K, cvs brought up an editor screen where I typed
the comment; I saved the file, exited the editor and chose
'!', but the message was not used. The same thing has happened
to me when choosing 'c'. What is the %$#"!$ proper way to
do this?
