Jason,

the problem is, that _many_ apache projects now rely on this
repository and maven to be usable. You simply can't build things like
Turbine (which does not have a too large user base) without ibiblio
and maven.

While I'm excited with the prospect of getting JBoss mavenized, I'm
really scared about the implications when a project with such a large
user base starts hitting the "SNAPSHOT" concept from ibiblio really
hard.
