Hello all, Can't quite figure this out from archives or docs in CVS. Given that I'm getting nowhere fast with postgres and the fact that I will have to trace problems down into the torque/peers source I am trying to build the tdk jar from CVS. Questions:
- Is 2.2 the right thing to do or am I better sticking to trying to build 2.1, given that I'm deploying to postgres on linux (I'm getting lots of little build problems with this. I would also like to be able to contribute any fixes I can find and I assume it is best to this to 2.2? - How is this built? Using the build.xml in the base directory from CVS there are problems caused by the lack of the servlet.jar in lib. Also, I notice that while checks are made for optional packages like Castor this does appear to be done for webmacro - even with the webmacro jar in place I am getting screeds of compile errors. Should I be using dist.sh? The build.xml under build? Is the source totally independent of 2.1? I would really appreciate any responses as I have been bashing my head against postgres since before Xmas. colm -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
