Novell has an LDAP JDBC Driver.

http://developer.novell.com/ndk/ldapjdbc.htm

It appears it will work with any LDAP v2 or v3 compliant directory.
However, it requires a log in to download it. Still, it is probably a good
place to start.

There is also a project at sourceforge.net that started up to produce an
open source LDAP/JDBC driver.
