Good question. I myself use Tomcat and JBuilder and I know it's possible to
debug a tomcat-webapp using Jbuilder, although I haven't figured out how to
do this myself, but it's a matter of configuring Jbuilder.
Generally you debug using your IDE, and most IDE's offer such a function.
