Looked through the mail archives and found some information, but it doesn't
seem like they found a solution. They talk about leaving out JavaScript when
handling forms, which in my case, is not an option. But even if it was, we
are almost sure it is not a js issue since we changed the template to a very
simple one (without any js), refresh the page and still got the same
problem. Any one having this problem now? We could even give a hand
debugging the Turbine code if someone could give us a hand installing the
latest version, since we have had problems moving even simple apps from 2.1
to 2.2
