Okay,

Definitly update any holes I might have left.

I guess what I mean is only remove the services.XXX for the four or so
mentioned services, leave all the other ones alone. Those 4 have been
depreacted/removed/changed and no longer apply.

Quinton/Henning, can you verify this:

Remove from tr.props ( and any properties that start with services.XXX):

services.PoolBrokerService?.classname=org.apache.turbine.services.db.Turbine
PoolBrokerService?

services.MapBrokerService?.classname=org.apache.turbine.services.db.TurbineM
apBrokerService?

services.ResourceService?.classname=org.apache.turbine.services.resources.Tu
rbineResourceService?

services.LoggingService?.classname=org.apache.turbine.services.logging.Turbi
neLoggingService?

This was based on my own results from testing.

In the wiki how-to on this topic, the first step is to remove ALL
services.XXX entries from tr.props, but it doesnt explain where these
services are now set/configured (with the exception of logging).

Is this the 'complex container setup' that was mentioned (but not
covered) in the doc?

If so, are there other docs that cover this? I checked the docs for
individual services setup and they still point to configuration in
tr.props.

thanks
