Actually, IMHO, Brett's initial advice was the most
useful. It is probably more helpful to build some
sample documents and some tools which process the
sample documents.
You might find that you want to model more than the
class map. It's likely that the document model could
be used to generate several things: the class map,
the Java classes, sql create scripts, etc.
