Is there a reason for this? I don't like this. It isn't the behavior
of Apache or JServ. Specifically it is really cool for debuging
purposes to
- make a config change
- rm /usr/local/apache/logs/*
And then see what has changed. If we wanted to do this with turbine we
would have to touch the file.
