I couldn't hold it in any longer...the Jakarta Project has its own Regexp
package. No more excuses of Java not having a decent text parsing system or
regexp set of classes (that are not under crappy (ie: GPL) licenses)... :-)

The module name is jakarta-regexp.
It isn't officially up on the site yet, but it will be as soon as I have a
second to take care of it...probably in the next day or two...also, I do
plan on including it in Turbine at some point. The .jar file is tiny...only
like 22k or so...it isn't perfect, but it is a great start and works really
well...
