Is it really worth the effort to save users from themselves in this
situation?  I would think that anyone dumb enough to open two
"click here to buy now!" windows and click both "buy now!" buttons
deserves what they get.  Hard-ass, I know, but I wonder if the cure
is worse than the disease.
