Hello!
In case you overlooked that: The code that was needed to
use ServletConfig and RunData objects inside Service initialization
methods is already written. This allows to get rid of
WebMacro.properties sitting inside classpath, and specifying
location of WebMacro templates as an absoulte path. Everythings
works smoothly from the inside of webapplication.
The code is available at http://suokong.e-point.pl/turbine and is
waiting for YOU do download and test it :).
But seriously. I'm leavig for vacation tommorow, and I'll be back
on August 7th. If you consider this matter important, let one of
the developers check this stuff in. It can be applied cleanly to
todays (22 July) CVS code, and should not break any existing
instalations. If it's not urgent, I can take care of checking it
in when I'm back. I hope that by that time I'll have some feedback
on that (I'd especially appreciate feedback from Kevin Burton -
the original designer of this API).
I'd appreciate if you CC any messages regarding this code to my
private addres, because I predict serious problems with digging
through a thousand of messages when I go back :).
