How to force to flush the cache? instead of restart apache?

Hi all,

Sorry for this newbie question.
I would like to know if there is a way to flush the turbine cache in
order to see the changes on my classes.

Currently we restart apache each time! It seems to be as clean as
rebooting a machine each time you made a javac.

Any idea?
