The acceptable licenses around here are the ASF license and the MPL1.1
license. Any other code (especially GPL) is worthless to us.
Yes, we need a why not the GPL type of webpage that explains things.
Essentially, the summary is that the GPL is not a compatible license with
the ASF because the ASF does not believe in forcing people to give back the
source code under any circumstances.
