Regarding the sample app that daved posted:
1. How do I get a different screen layout associated with a WM template?
2. Dave also mentioned previously that it was not necessary to add "sample" as a
context in server.xml. I thought this was necessary, but I checked it out and he was
right. Why is this the case?
3. More generally, why does Turbine (in TurbineResources.properties) need a separate
reference to the WebMacro.properties file. Is there anything here that I am not
understanding?
