I think the admin stuff should be moved back into the TDK. Here is my
reason:

The admin stuff is useful for admin stuff, but it also happens to make an
excellent sample application. Since the TDK is all about getting up to speed
on Turbine, having an admin application available there is the right place
to do it.

We should only enable each admin portion for each respective template
engine. Supporting 3-4 template engines is already hard enough. I don't want
to try to support them all at the exact same time right now. It is a
"choose" one and stick with it proposition.
