I sent my WebMacroOnlySiteLayout to John McNally, but apparently
he didn't have time to look into the issue. ;-)

This is possible right now! override Screen.getLayout() to return null
for your screen, and put the frameset markup into the screen template.
This was said something like 5 times before...
