Leonard and I noticed that each Permission in a user's PermissionSet
should be associated with the Group in which that Permission applies
(similarly for Roles in a RoleSets). Otherwise, you know that the user
has a Permission, but you don't know what Group they have that
Permission in. In fact, the permission system currently seems to be
rather ignorant of Groups throughout its implementation, despite what
the SecurityService interface implies. Is this still a work in
progress?
