Where is org.apache.stylebook.StyleBook documented?

Answer me these questions three:
1. Is there documentation for org.apache.stylebook.StyleBook?  
2. Has it been superceded by some other project?  
3. How did Turbine come to use this for its documentation?

In build-turbine.xml, org.apache.stylebook.StyleBook is used to generate
the docs from xml sources.  I've looked around on the turbine site, and
also on jakarta.apache.org, java.apache.org and xml.apache.org and I
can't find any documentation for this software.

I finally did a google search and found a message on a mailinglist
somewhere with the anoncvs instructions. The cvs archive for
xml-stylebook is curiously devoid of documentation.  There isn't even a
README.
