OK, I managed to find out (thanks, Christoph) that I have to install a DB
before running Turbine. I tried Postgres, but it does not work for W2K
(version problems or whatever); MySQL does not seem to be available for W2K;
I finally installed Hypersonic SQL without a problem, but when going to the
Howto, as per the instructions, it says it needs whatever files.sql, which
should be in the src directory. Well, the src directory does not exist in
the tdk1.1a5 distro; there's a share/sql dir, but it only has files for
MySQL. Ditto for 1.1a4. Where can I find those files?
