you can get them online from:

(the TDK is currently aimed at MySQL - I hope it changes soon to
be more out-of-a-box - e.g. runnable without an external DB, with a file based user
configuration, or even using the Tomcat
user-role config).
Note that the security model (and database schema) will probably change
very soon when Rafal checks in the updated version. He has anounced
that it is almost ready, missing just the completion of the admin
screens (makes the turbine DB administrable via the web!).
Keep yourself up-to-date with this mailing list and the CVS on the
turbine site (you just need to download the tubine snapshots or
TDK when some significant improvement have taken place, and to
review the sources).
