At the moment there is "default" sql that should be fairly standard over
different databases. You can add files that are specific to databases, but
not a lot of work has been done in this regard. You should be able to only
change the stuff where default behaviour is not enough.

I don't understand. Does the files exist, but contain only partial
generated code, or nothing at all, or something else?

At the moment newtorque uses a string that indicates which .xml input file
to use. This string is passed directly to xerces with "file:///" prepended.
This has the unfortunate side-effect that you must specify the full path (on
W2K at least). I'll fix this and add the patch.
