The Torques

Hi,

Ok, all the code is now in the same package. Both
packages still work independently but everything
compiles and everything is together. Now I'll
start merging the functionality.

Leon or Fedor I'm still getting truncated files
when generating the OM classes. I'm using the
build.xml file in the torque directory, and
the system.xml file from the torque directory. Can one
of you please look at this? Thanks.
