Finish cleaning up Torque
Finish the ACL changes
Create an admin application for the ACL stuff
I also think that we should coordinate a turbine release with the 1.0 of the
TDK as well. So, whatever else needs to be done in the TDK should also get
completed.
Lastly...no contribution is to small.
