Not sure :-) You have to give us a little more information then
what you gave us. Is there anything in the log files. They would
be located in c:\tdk\newapp\logs in your case. It also takes
a little while for the application to start up the first time
you use it because of some class loading problems in tomcat.
It takes about 10-20 seconds for a generated up to come up
after starting tomcat. Maybe you didn't give it enough time
to start. At any rate we need a little more info to help you.
