Yes, the only files you have to worry about are the files in
the web application directory that you generated.

You don't need to edit/add anything to get a generated web application
going. I checked that before I built the TDK, but I will check again
now to make sure.

Test hierarchy? There's no test hierarch in the TDK?
Check your log files and let me know what's in them.
