A couple of minor nits:

* TURBINE_GROUP has a column named GROUPNAME;
  TURBINE_ROLE has a column named ROLENAME;
  but TURBINE_PERMISSION has a column named PERMISSION,
  without the NAME suffix. Is this intended?

* PERMISSION and ROLENAME are VARCHAR(99), but GROUPNAME
  is INTEGER(99); is this really intended?

* Is there a script for migrating a current Turbine security DB to the new
  schema?
