Velocity and Chinese Character -- Urgent help

Hi,   I am now using TDK1.1a7.  I found velocity can not support Chinese Character. I put some Chinese Charactor in *.vm file. Turbine can not display it.   Before I migrated to velocity, I use webmacro instead. WebMacro seems can support Chinese Charactor quite well.   Is there any solution? Or should I raise this problem to velocity mailing group?     Regards   fanyun
