I've used Turbine on JServ in a production environment with no problems.
I know of a few ISPs that are hosting with Apache/Tomcat. My personal
choice is Tomcat. I plan for my next app to run using Tomcat and the mod_jk
connector with Apache.
FYI - You don't have to buy Enhydra - there's an open-source version
for free as well.
