The intention of RoughDocs was always to be a temporary home for documents that are works-in-progress. Once they are finished, there's not much use in keeping them there. If you'd like discussion about something (e.g. you'd like the group to copy edit a particular RoughDoc), feel free to post it, but I'd rather not make the promotion process any more work than it has to be.
