Sorry for blaming the wrong patch: I had looked what changed between 
1.0.3.2 and 1.0.4, and the MonkeyDecodingFilter seemed to be the main 
patch, according to the revision numbers. But I just noticed that the 
1.0.3.2 SVN tag was changed later, so I assumed false revision numbers 
(another reason to never change SVN tags!). In fact, c3443 happened 
after 1.0.3.2 and seems to be the culprit.
