I definitely think that there should be a default css framework for tg2. This would make the life of users much simpler because they wouldn't need to research the available options (which are plenty) but could start using the default one. And since tg/tg2 developers typically make a wise choice about defaults their css framework choice will probably be a good one too. I think every subfield of web development should have a default in tg2 such as widgets (tw), web server (pylons), orm (sqlalchemy), etc, etc and a css framework definitely fits into this list.
