I do a lot of CSS, and I agree. I just don't think the benefits of a
framework are very much in comparison with other areas we can put work
into. And I don't think it scales well across levels of expertise. I
know plenty of advanced back end coders who use RoR, TG, Pylons, Django,
Struts, etc, but no advanced front enders who use css frameworks. There
are just way too many exceptions.
