I simply noticed that there isn't a section named security in the
documentation.
I am not so expert to say what are the security problems and holes in
web development in general and in the turbogears' framework in
particular.
But, I think that people would know what are the best practices to
write secure code, and how to configure properly the turbogears
applications during their deployment to be security aware. Or at
least, they would know what kind of problems they will have if they
don't take care so much at security issues.

The php community has understood that, and has realized some guides,
take a look at: http://phpsec.org/projects/
Finally, also Microsoft ended up in focusing more on security issues
in their software development in general and in the .Net  technology
in particular, for example take a look to:

Microsoft also did a huge marketing campaign on their efforts to
improve the security of its software.
