I like it.   Sounds like a very good solution, as long as we can manage
the spammers effectively, so we don't end up with thousands of bogus
trac tickets.

Right now the docs are just static HTML with a smidge of javascript.

We can make a TG project that runs just to handle change update
requests, but that's not yet created.   This also seems like something
other Trac+sphins users would want so I think it will be generally
valuable.
