I have requested that our operations group enable all tools for the following projects:
pylonsproject pylonsproject/tg1 pylonsproject/tg2 pylonsproject/orion This will probably be done on Monday. As to anti-spam, I'm not sure what the 'regular' Trac on sf.net has enabled or what the API is. I'm pretty sure that you can't directly hit the database without some human intervention. For the new SF tracker, we have some anti-spam measures planned, but they're not implemented yet IIRC. (The main measures are using randomized field names, timestamp fields to prevent replay attacks, and hidden honeypot fields whose contents must not be altered to accept the form).
