There is currently not support for project web for subprojects, but
there's no reason we can't share projectweb space with the
PylonsProject as a whole.

There's some ticket automation API information in the forge documentation here:

sf.net/p/forge/

But I'm not sure the Migration API stuff made it in there.   I'm out
of pocket for the next week, but I'll try to get one of the other
sf.net guys to post this ASAP.
