Alessandro: I don't have an answer as yet. My best suggestion for you would be to create a set of test cases for these issues, and show that they are passing. Once those test cases are there, the argument is kinda moot.
I'm sorry I've not been helping with this very much. I've been getting some continuous integration tools working. Hopefully, by the time I get my status out (soon), I'll have tg-docs and tg-2.0.x tests all running at 100%. Working towards that goal, anyway.
