As soon as possible. I have *just* gotten the work done to download all the available ticket information. Even still, from what I can tell, the information about what attachments were done to a ticket seems to be missing, and not retrievable from the API provided. Tomorrow night, I'll work on being able to upload the data, which is going to be mostly transformative work, and then I can ask for people to review the newly created tickets. It won't have the repositories be separated yet, but that's actually one of the easier parts to deal with. -- Michael J.
