On the other hand, it's an "all or nothing" situation.  If one site is down
you'd miss one of the pieces; if TG's site is down you miss them all...  

I have three checkouts from TG's svn and when I started I had a copy of the
eggs on at least two machines.  I'd rather have here that packages that I'm
using than modified packages that might require some fix or change in the
code.
