Hi,
I've had a theory that Trac has been causing turbogears.org's apache
process to lock up. The site has been locking up a lot over the past
few days. I've temporarily turned off Trac. If possible, I'm going to
move Trac (and svn) over to WebFaction later today or tomorrow.
