Is this something I can resolve at my end, or that im doing wrong?
It seems there are no eggs for the dev version of FormEncode. I had
this same problem earlier in the week while applying patches to the
trunk and I got around it by manually checking out FormEncode[1] and
running python setup.py develop. Once that's happened the TG trunk
already has FE-dev and it satisfies the dependency.
