I've updated the links at http://turbogears.org/download and the
dependency_links at TG trunk. Update your svn checkout and try
again... Everything should go smoothly... (it does in a clean test
workingenv).

just did update and install - seems to have worked, though I dont know
to what extend that is because I installed FormEncode already (as above)
or not
